Baked Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil or thyme leaves, crumbled
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
2 tsp. each lemon juice and melted butter, mixed
Preparation

Mix cheese, basil and pepper.
Halve the potatoes longways. Brush cut surfaces with lemon-butter mix.
Dip in cheese mixture. Place coated side down in a spoke pattern on a glass pie plate. Microwave on High 14 to 16 minutes until potatoes are tender and edges lightly browned.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
