Strawberry Bavarian Crown Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. strawberry gelatin/Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. ice water
    2 (10 oz. size) pkg. frozen or 2 1/2 c. sliced sweetened fresh strawberries
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 angel food cake (10-inch size)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin/Jell-O in hot water.
    Add ice water and chill until slightly candied.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Drain berries and reserve juice for \"Ruby Glaze\".
    Fold in the strawberries and whipped cream.
    With forks, tear angel food cake into small pieces.
    Alternate cake pieces and gelatin mixture into a 10-inch angel food cake pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
    Make the \"Ruby Glaze\" and let drip down sides. Chill and serve.
