Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 unpeeled zucchini (10 to 12 inches long)
    5 green peppers
    5 red peppers
    5 onions
    5 c. sugar
    5 c. vinegar
    3 tsp. mustard seed
    3 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Chop zucchini, red and green peppers and onions; drain off excess liquid.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook until tender, about 45 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal.
    Makes about 12 pints.
