Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. bows
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 small onion, sliced in rings
1/4 stick oleo
2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and Velveeta)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook bows as directed on package; drain.
Saute onion in oleo. In greased dish, layer bows, potatoes, cheese and onion mixture. Heat in microwave until cheese melts.
