Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chili pepper or small dried red pepper, chopped
    1 medium minced onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut avocado in half.
    Scoop out pulp.
    Mash pulp thoroughly. Blend in 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, chili pepper and onion. At this point if dip is to be used at a later hour, spread mayonnaise over avocado mixture.
    When ready to serve, mix mayonnaise into avocado mix and serve.
