Better-For-You Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. sweetened applesauce
    4 large egg whites
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. nonfat sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Place cake mix, buttermilk, applesauce, egg whites and flour in bowl.
    Blend with mixer on low for 1 minute.
    Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes more.
    Pour into a 12-cup bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
    Cool. Invert cake onto a serving platter.
    Poke hoes in top and sides of cake.
    Brush cake generously all over with the sweetened condensed milk.
    Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
    Lightly cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator overnight.
