Too-Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
    5 slices bread (wheat or white)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick coating.
    Cut crust from bread, then cut each slice of bread into five fingers.
    Place the bread fingers over the peaches.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter.
    Pour over fruit and bread.
    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
    Serves 5 or 6.
