Orange Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
grated rind of 1 orange
2 1/2 c. pecan halves
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
large pinch of salt
Preparation

Cook water, sugar and corn syrup together until it spins a thread.
Remove from heat and add salt, orange juice and grated rind.
Beat until creamy.
Add nuts and beat until nuts separate with candy on them.
Pour onto buttered platter.
