Prune Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs
12 prunes, halved
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and butter; add flour, baking powder, salt and eggs.
Beat well. Spoon into 9 inch spring-form pan.
Arrange prunes, skin side up.
Sprinkle with topping.
