Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb. 7 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
    4 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. coconut
    2 medium cans crushed pineapple
    2 (8 oz.) jars maraschino cherries
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine and beat sweet potatoes, 2 cups sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, coconut and salt.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cook until glossy.
    Combine pineapple, cherries and juice, 2 cups sugar and cornstarch; pour over potatoes.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes.
