Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Add wet ingredients.
    Let set for a while and roll out as needed.
    Leftovers can be frozen until needed.
