Mushroom Croustades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    24 slices (thin) bread
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    1 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. shallots or onion, finely minced
    1/2 c. mushrooms, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brush 24 tiny muffin tins heavily with butter.
    Cut out rounds of bread with 3-inch fluted or plain cutter and press gently into cups.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Remove from tins and cool.
    These freeze well.
