Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. diced celery
1 c. minced onion
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled (can use buttered bread crumbs)
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Mix celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise and then add cooked and drained vegetables.
Mix together well.
Top with crumbs and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
