Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of nutmeg
pinch of salt
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add boiling water gradually while stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add butter, lemon juice, salt and nutmeg.
Serve on steamed pudding.
