Katie'S Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper, cracked
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 green onions, minced
    1 c. pimiento-stuffed salad olives
    1/2 c. olive juice
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower flowerets into medium-sized pieces. Boil in salted water until tender; fork should slide out easily when tested. Drain and set aside.
