James' Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. white karo
1/3 c. water
2 c. peanuts
1 heaping Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping tsp. soda

Preparation

Combine sugar, karo, and water.
Cook until thread.
Add butter and peanuts.
Cook until syrup turns brown and peanuts are done.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and soda.
Mix well and pour onto aluminum foil.
Let cool, then snack.
