Cinnamon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Generously butter pan.
In mixing bowl, cream together butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in vanilla and lemon juice.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients.
In small mixing bowl, blend brown sugar, 1 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Pour half the batter into scalloped 7-cup tube pan or 10-inch tube pan and sprinkle brown-sugar mixture over batter.
Pour in remainder of batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
