Summer Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cold apple juice
    2 c. fresh fruit chunks (strawberries, bananas, peeled peaches)
    2 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    10 ice cubes
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until thickened. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each.
