Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion;
    drain.
    Add mushrooms and soup. Simmer
    30
    minutes.
    Add
    sour
    cream and cook 5 or 10 minutes more.
    Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
