Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strained persimmon
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    little cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine ingredients well, adding milk last to prevent lumping. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
