Golden Cheesies(Servings: 30) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
4 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Have butter at room temperature.
Combine with sour cream in mixer; add flour, 1 cup at a time.
Mix well.
Divide mixture into 4 equal parts.
Wrap each chunk with waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
Roll out one chunk at a time on floured board to 15 x 6-inch rectangle.
Salt and pepper and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.
Roll rectangle into 15-inch roll and seal ends and pull edge along top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place on foil or Saran Wrap to refrigerate or freeze until use.
Can go from freezer to cookie sheet to oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until bubbly and brown.
Slice in 1/2-inch pieces.
