Corn Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. cornmeal
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
Preparation

Combine baking mix, cornmeal and parsley.
Add milk and corn, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto your favorite simmering chili.
Cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes.
Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until dumplings are dry.
