Fish With Mustard Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prepared mustard
    hot pepper sauce
    minced garlic
    salt
    black pepper
    fish fillets
    cornmeal
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine seasonings in a plastic bag and mix.
    Add fillets and marinate for about 4 hours.
    Drain fillets, dredge in cornmeal and deep fry in hot oil until browned.
