Carrots And Raisins In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. low calorie margarine
    4 oz. dry white wine
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    dash each of ground nutmeg and pepper
    1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water and drained
Preparation
    In large skillet melt margarine.
    Add wine and sugar; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add carrots and stir to coat.
    Cover; cook over high heat about 10 to 12 minutes or until tender-crisp and liquid is almost absorbed.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper.
    Stir in raisins.
    Serves 4.
