Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. hamburg
potatoes
onions (medium), chopped
flour
eggs
Preparation

Boil hamburg with just enough water to cover.
When no longer pink, add diced potatoes and onions.
Cook, covered, on low heat until potatoes are tender. Mix flour and eggs; drop by spoonful into mixture.
Cover; cook on medium for 10 to 15 minutes.
