Gouda Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 8 ounce can crescent rolls
    17 oz gouda cheese
    1/2 cup apricot preserves
    1 egg white beaten
    sesame seeds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Using fingers press perforations on dough to seal and form a solid rectangle.
    Remove casing from cheese and place in center of sough.
    Cover cheese with preserves. Fold dough around cheese.
    Brush top with beaten egg white.
    Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until brown. Garnish with sesame seeds.
    Allow to set and cut into wedges and serve.
