Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Swans Down flour
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar; work in flour until well mixed. Press into well-greased 8 or 9-inch cake pan.
    Prick with fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut into squares; remove from pan when slightly cooled.
