Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. processed American cheese loaf, cubed
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    2 drops red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
    Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until cheese melts, 6 1/2 to 8 minutes, stirring to blend well once or twice, during cooking.
    Serve with corn chips or snack crackers, if desired.
