Grandma Aligood'S Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. liquid shortening (canola oil)
    1 1/3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 mashed, well-ripened bananas
    2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar.
    Stir in shortening.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Grease well a loaf pan.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
