Quick Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
    1/2 c. butter, cut into thin slices
Preparation
    Pour pie filling into 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch baking pan; spread evenly.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over filling.
    Cover dry cake mix with butter slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Blueberry pie filling may be used instead of cherry.
    Serves 8.
