Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except bacon.
    Put in baking dish, 9 x 13-inch.
    Crumble bacon over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (Can be baked in microwave.)
