Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose plain flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift together once the flour, soda and cinnamon.
Cream oil and sugar.
Add dry ingredients alternately with eggs, using one egg at a time.
Add vanilla.
Last, fold in grated carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 3 layers.
