Creamed Ham On Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. ham, cubed

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine margarine, flour, salt and dry mustard.
Stir in milk and soup.
Heat until bubbling.
Add cubed ham.
Pour over cornbread squares.
Serves 4.
