Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boiled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
1/2 large onion, diced and sauteed
1/4 c. chopped celery, sauteed
tortillas, chipped up
American cheese
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and mix first 7 ingredients together.
Cover bottom of baking dish with chipped up corn tortillas.
Pour half mixture over and add another layer of chipped tortillas, then remaining chicken mixture.
Top with American cheese.
Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve over rice.
