Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend egg, milk and oil.
    Blend dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients to first mixture.
    Beat with rotary beater until all flour is moistened (batter will be slightly lumpy).
    Spray frying pan with Pam.
    Heat to medium high.
    To test sprinkle drops of water in pan.
    When water sizzles, heat is just right.
    Pour 1 pancake at a time into skillet.
    Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and full.
    Turn and brown on other side.
    Serve with butter and syrup.
