Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Heat butter and water in a saucepan to boiling point.
Stir in the flour all at once.
Stir vigorously, over low heat, until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat.
Beat in one egg at a time.
