Mom'S Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
    6 c. V-8 juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion; drain.
    Put beef and onion in large pot. Place uncooked noodles on top.
    Mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over noodles and meat; do not stir! Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 10 to 12.
