Hot Spiced Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sliced peaches
1 can sliced pears
1 can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 stick cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
-
In large bowl, place chunks of tomato, green pepper and red onion.
Sprinkle generously with oregano and Italian seasoning. Douse liberally with red wine vinegar.
Crisscross with olive oil. Don't stir until serving time.
