Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. oleo
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine dry ingredients in paper bag.
Shake potatoes to coat.
Place potatoes in one layer in pan. Bake 1 hour, turning once, at 350\u00b0.
