Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. sliced mushrooms (canned, drained or fresh)
1 lb. crab or sea legs
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted margarine with some Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Grease pan.
Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Add crab, sherry and salt.
Blend flour and milk and add to skillet.
Cook until thickened.
Stir in cheese.
Put in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbs and oleo on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
