Berry-Melon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1/3 c. unsweetened grapefruit juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    2 medium cantaloupes
    2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    2 c. honeydew melon balls
Preparation
    Combine juices, cornstarch, vegetable oil and honey in a saucepan, stirring well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in poppy seed.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Peel cantaloupes and cut each melon into four 3/4-inch slices.
    Place slices on individual salad plates. Combine strawberries and honeydew melon balls.
    Spoon 1/2 cup strawberry mixture over each cantaloupe slice.
    Spoon poppy seed mixture evenly over fruit.
