Baked Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    butter
    1 egg, beaten
    corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and egg well.
    Shape into balls with ice cream dipper and roll in crushed corn flakes.
    Make a depression on the top of each ball and dot with butter.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or put under broiler until brown.
