Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour with soda, baking powder and salt.
    Cream the butter and add sugar; mix well.
    Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time; beat well.
    Add vanilla and lemon extract, then add the buttermilk.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until done.
