Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine and mix with all ingredients.\tPour into 9x13 baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
