Chocolate Amaretto Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf pound cake
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. Amaretto
1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. boiling water
2 Tbsp. nuts
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Chop chocolate.
Cut cake lengthwise into 3 layers.
Sprinkle with Amaratto on each layer.
Cream Ricotta, sugar and vanilla. Add chocolate and spread onto 2 bottom layers.
