Cornmeal Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
1 c. cornmeal
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Combine cornmeal and spices; dip chicken in milk, then coat in cornmeal mixture.
Place on rack in shallow baking pan.
Drizzle margarine over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4.
