Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. white sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar, oil and zucchini.
    Add dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
    Mix in vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
