Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread, remove crust and cube
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Turn mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yield: 6 servings. Carbohydrate 18 g, protein 19 g, fat 18 g, calories 310.
    One serving = 1 bread starch exchange, 2 meat medium fat exchange, 2 fat exchange, 1/4 milk exchange.
