Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. top milk or coffee cream
    6 carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 small onion
    pimiento (canned)
Preparation
    Grind carrots, pepper, onion and pimento.
    Add to cooled jello and then add 1 pound cottage cheese and 1 cup salad dressing. Refrigerate.
