Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In blender, combine pineapple juice, sugar and flour.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Top with cracker crumbs and pour melted butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
